1. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you publish on Redmoon. By publishing content, you grant Redmoon a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You verify that you own all author and distribution rights to any video content you publish.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. Redmoon reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

3. Community Guidelines

Respect other creators and community members. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks, spam, and harassment are not. Voting manipulation or the use of bots is strictly prohibited.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the Settings page.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
